Triathlon Training
- Become a personal client of mine and receive my premium 1-1 coaching service. We’ll work closely together to optimise you as an athlete in preparation for your triathlon ambitions.
- Receive a carefully constructed, individualised training program designed to best physically and psychologically prepare you to execute your triathlon goals.
- Receive the option of consistent communication to ensure your training is planned appropriately day by day.
- Receive regular feedback on your training sessions and training status for the most specific and accurate session content and progression.
- Receive all insights and tactics from my national championship winning race strategies and training methods as well as guidance on race/training nutrition and mentality.
- Optional once per month in person meeting for an in depth catch up on training progress and plans going forward (location dependant).
Swim Coaching
"Swimming my fastest ever splits by the end of the session"
The 1-1 clinic
A 1-1 swim session with me personally where I'll analyse and improve your stroke in real time.
The session will span anywhere from 60-90minutes and we'll be performing various drills and techniques to improve your efficiency and feel for the water.
This service is available to anyone looking to optimise their front-crawl technique and wants to move through the water faster, and with less effort.
(Location Dependent)
- There are huge differences between what you have to do to go from 2:00/100m to 1:40/100m, and what you have to do to go from 1:20/100m to 1:10/100m.
- The service is recommended in blocks of 3 or 5 sessions to ensure significant improvement is made.
- There is no speed that's too slow or fast for this service, I want to help you at whatever stage you're at.
Online Video Stroke Analysis 30/60minute Session
An online meeting where we'll analyse and discuss your front-crawl stroke via video call format. (Privately sent video of you swimming required)
30minute session - Stroke Analysis + Recommended drills to improve technical deficiencies.
60minute session - Stroke Analysis + Recommended drills + Swim training structure/content/equipment advice.
